Ghana - Current Affaires

Before I start, I will like to dedicate this page to the late Jeffery bar. one of my motivators. may his soul rest in peace.
GHANA as you know is a peaceful country and the people in it. But Ghana, could have gone far than what we use to see now. considering developmental project's, peace, politics also call "politrics".
Recently, it rain in accra the capital of Ghana, and I happened to be caught in the rain while returning to my home. About fifteen (15) minutes of the rain, all the gutters in most part accra are full up, and what I see next is flooding.
My Problem to this issue is that, we have been living with this for a long time and it seems that its no one's problem. All that we want to see (Mentality) is, the flooding should kill or destroy a big property before we take action. As you know . . "Action speaks louder than words". My other problem is surprisingly to my own naked eyes, I saw some people throwing refuse to the already flooded gutters. "can you you believe that?"
This same refuse go and get choke at a fellow neighbor's house and he has to use his hard earn money to rectify that problem.
NB: If Ghanaian can change just this small mentality and foresee the future of what the current issue at stake is, and try to rectify it now, It will go a long way to making Ghana the Most desired country to live in africa.
